Faculty at MAA Departmental Member Institutions are eligible for a VITAL membership. This individual membership is intended for Visitors, Instructors, TAs, Adjuncts, and Lecturers (VITAL) employed at MAA Departmental Member institutions, and who are not included in the usual tenure or promotion process. This group of faculty are also referred to as part-time instructors, non-tenure-track members, and employees in other ancillary instructional positions.
